Please thoroughly read through our return/exchange policy:

You have 10 days from the day that you receive your Woolly to exchange or return. We will only refund or exchange item(s) that are defective or not been worn, washed, altered, or stained/soiled (including makeup). The Woolly must be in its original packaging with the receipt and all labels and tags still attached. If these terms are not met, then we may not accept the return at our discretion. Custom Woollies cannot be exchanged unless the merchandise is defective. Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
