Please thoroughly read through our Return + Exchange Policy:

Woolly Threads will accept exchanges or returns for merchandise only under the circumstances listed below.

The Woolly was purchased directly from www.woollythreads.com. We cannot process returns from retail stores and other online retailers. If there is an issue with the Woolly purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly. 

The Woolly must be exchanged or returned in its original condition and received within 14 days of shipment. If the Woolly has been worn, washed, stained/ soiled (including makeup), or altered, we will not accept a return or exchange. The Woolly must be in its original packaging with the packaging slip/receipt and all labels and tags attached. 

Custom Woollies cannot be returned unless there is a design error or the merchandise is defective. 

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned include: Sale items, Backstock Blowout items, scrunchies, and gift cards.

Thank you for completing the Return + Exchange Application. Your request is in process and once complete, you will receive an email with your application status. 

If your application is approved, you will receive a return shipping label, via email, within 3 business days. 

Once we receive your return package, we will notify you of receipt and process your return as quickly as possible.
